Our emergency support service offers support 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. What is an immediate emergency? A website that’s down, a significant feature that no longer works, or a major update that can’t be performed.
Please note that basic fees equivalent to 3 hours of work at the emergency support rate may apply in addition to the hours worked if the problem does not originate from our systems or is not on this list.
