Soucy Career is a division of the Soucy group whose strength is based on the diversity and complementary nature of its 8 subsidiaries throughout North America and Asia. Soucy offers its customers turn-key, customized solutions for rubber track systems and related products.

The group is always looking for talented new employees to fulfill engineering, production worker, human resources, IT, management and purchasing positions. Soucy Career's website was designed to centralize all these offers.

In order to promote jobs and internships in the Drummondville, Saint-Jérôme, Sherbrooke and Jonesboro areas, Soucy Career asked Nmédia to create a brand-new website. The website is also used to inform users about the attractions and services offered in Drummondville, Saint-Jérôme & Sherbrooke. Visitors may also submit applications online, read employee reviews and learn more about the Soucy experience.

Soucy Career manages new job offer displays and receipt of applications with complete autonomy.


Nmédia designed the Soucy Career website to reflect Soucy group's brand image. The website was clearly structured to help distinguish the most needed job sectors within the 4 subsidiaries. Soucy webmasters can display key positions on the main page so they are the first viewed by Internet users. The social life and involvement of the Group are also highlighted on the website in order to promote the pleasant environment outside of work. The projects and corporate news sections complete the "Soucy experience".

Nmédia also developed a mobile version adapted to smart phones & tablets. Thus, users can visit Soucy Career's website on any device they choose.


Technology used

Microsoft .Net 4.5 was used to manage the site's code management. Access to persistence sources are granted based on a service-oriented architecture (SOA). Everything relies upon the strength and versatility of the Nmédia architecture and Nms.Core.

Thanks to the communication bridge linking Njoyn and Altitude 3 (GPC),employees in charge of displaying available Soucy positions only need to update data in Njoyn. Then Altitude 3 updates automatically once an hour or according to a schedule defined by the customer.

Information about available positions in French and English is automatically saved on the autonomous Altitude 3 hosted website. This interesting function works entirely without human intervention.
